Hi and welcome to my website… I'm Carol White, a Professional Artist and experienced Art Tutor living in East Boldon, North East of England.
Firstly, I'd like to say Thank-You to all those who took part in my painting activities or bought paintings during 2008 and secondly I wish everyone a Happy & Healthy 2009!
I'm a Qualified & experienced F.E. Tutor, a Professional Associate to the Society of all Artists, -Tutor for The Federation of Northern Art Societies and The Open College of Art. I am also a member of The Network of Artists in Northumberland.
I teach Painting Classes locally in South Tyneside & hold regular Full-day Painting Workshops some lovely Northumberland venues (Check the 'Workshops' page for full details).
I travel to Art Clubs/Societies and Community Groups throughout the Northern Counties & Border regions to teach and demonstrate my work. I also accept painting commissions and produce my own collections for exhibition & promotional purposes. (See the 'Commissions' page for details). I work and teach in Watercolour, Oil, Acrylic and the new Interactive Acrylic paints by Chroma.
I have an exciting new product lined up for 2009 …The Funny Brushes they have been used by Artists in the USA for 30 years. They’re simple and surprisingly effective just as every brush stroke should be, taking the painstaking moments out of some of the more difficult painting processes and put the Pleasure back into all of your painting.
My aim is always to make painting Fun so workshops are informal but informative and cater for all abilities
